Pursuant to paragraph 6.6.8(2) of the Irish Stock Exchange Listing Rules and Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) of the FCA Listing Rules, the Company hereby announces that Danuta Gray, Non-Executive Director of the Company, shall be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Direct Line Insurance Group plc ("Direct Line") with effect from 1 February 2017. Direct Line is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
