New directorship notification under Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) R

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules (LR 9.6.14(2) R), Workspace Group PLC ('Workspace') is required to notify the market of the following:

Stephen Hubbard, a Non-Executive Director of Workspace, has notified Workspace that he has been appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman of LXI REIT PLC, whose shares were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market on 27 February 2017.
