London - Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC ('ENRC' or, together with its subsidiaries, the 'Group'), today announces, in compliance with paragraph 2 of Listing Rule 9.6.14R , that its Chief Executive Officer, Felix Vulis, has today been appointed to the Board of Directors of Net Element, Inc the Florida-based technology services provider and internet publisher.
