In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Fenner PLC (the "Company") advises that Vanda Murray, Chairman of the Company, resigned from her position as non-executive director of Exova Group plc on 29 June 2017. The Company further advises that Vanda will be appointed as a non-executive director of Redrow plc, with effect from 1 August 2017.
Vanda Murray is also a non-executive director of Bunzl plc, Just Childcare Limited and Manchester Airports Holdings Ltd.
