Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, Trainline plc (the "Company") announces that Duncan Tatton-Brown will step down as Chief Financial Officer of Ocado Group plc with effect from 22 November 2020.

 

Duncan will continue his appointment as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and Independent Non-Executive Director of Trainline plc.
