Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 the Company announces that Christopher Rogers, Non-Executive Director of Vivo Energy plc, was appointed as the Chairman of Wickes Group plc with effect from 23 March 2021. Wickes Group plc's shares were admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange today.

Christopher Rogers has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of Travis Perkins plc with effect from 27 April 2021.
