In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Shonaid Jemmett-Page, has informed the Company that, with effect from 1 July 2015, she has been appointed as a non-executive Director of Caledonia Investments plc, a publicly quoted company, admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
