Spectris plc Director Declaration The following information is given, subsequent to John Warren's appointment asa non-executive director of Spectris plc on 7 March 2006.In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13(1) of the Listing Rules, John Warren hasadvised that with effect from 1 May 2006 he will be appointed to the board ofBPP Holdings Plc as a non-executive Director.
