The Company has been notified that John Sievwright, a non-executive director of the Company, will be appointed to the board of Avenue Income Credit Strategies Fund (to be renamed Aberdeen Income Credit Strategies Fund), a US listed closed-end management investment company, with effect from 29 November 2017.
