Director Declaration
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Royal Mail plc announces that it has been advised that Peter Long has joined the Board of Countrywide plc (Countrywide), listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Mr Long will take over as Non-Executive Chairman following Countrywide's 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 27 April, 2016
It is also noted that, with effect from TUI AG's AGM on 9 February, 2016, Mr Long has now stepped down as Joint Chief Executive of TUI AG and was appointed a member of its Supervisory Board.
