Rightmove plc (“Rightmove”), the UK’s no. 1 property website, announces that, Peter Williams, Senior Independent Director, has informed Rightmove that, with effect from 4 January 2016, he will become Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate of U and I Group PLC, the leading property regeneration company. Peter will become Chairman of U and I Group PLC following the company’s Annual General Meeting on 14 July 2016.
