Georgina Harvey - Appointment to Capita plc

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, William Hill PLC (LSE: WMH) confirms that Georgina Harvey, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed a Non-executive Director of Capita plc (LSE: CPI) and Chair of Capita's Remuneration Committee, with effect from 1 October 2019.

As previously announced on 26 July 2019, Georgina will step down as Chair of the Remuneration Committee of William Hill, with effect from 9 October 2019 and from the Board of William Hill, with effect from 31 December 2019.

This disclosure is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
