In accordance with LR 9.6.14(R), the Company announces that it has been notified that Deanna Oppenheimer, Non-Executive Chair of Hargreaves Lansdown plc, has been appointed as a Director of Thomson Reuters Corporation (TSX/NYSE: TRI) with effect from 11, November 2020.
Deanna has also notified the Company that she will also be stepping down from her position as a Non-Executive Director of Whitbread plc with effect from 31, December 2020.
