DIRECTOR DECLARATION

Further to the announcement made on October 28, 2010 concerning the appointment of Mr Gerard Kleisterlee as a Non-executive Director of Royal Dutch Shell plc with effect from November 1, 2010, the following information is disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.

Pursuant to LR 9.6.13R (1), Mr Kleisterlee is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Koninklijke Philips Electronics NV, and a member of the Supervisory Boards of De Nederlandsche Bank NV and Daimler AG.

There is no information to disclose pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to Listing Rule 9.6.13 (6) inclusive.
