Further to the announcement today by UDG Healthcare plc (the 'Company') regarding the appointment of Mr Brendan McAtamney as an executive director, the Company hereby notifies the following pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules:

(a) in the last five years Mr Brendan McAtamney has not been a director of any publicly quoted company 

(b) there are no details requiring disclosure for Mr McAtamney under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6).
