TT electronics plc announces that Geraint Anderson, its Group Chief Executive Officer, notified the Company on 14 November 2013 of his appointment as a Non-executive Director of Volex plc with effect from such date. Mr Anderson will also chair the Remuneration Committee of Volex plc.

This notification is made in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
