St Ives plc - Directors' declarationsFurther to the recent announcement in respect of the appointment of David Bestand Richard Stillwell as non-executive directors of St Ives plc with effectfrom 1 September 2006, the Company confirms pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11that they will both be members of the Audit and Remuneration Committees andpursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 that:David Best is currently non-executive chairman of SHL Group plc and anon-executive director of Plasmon PLC, both publicly quoted companies.
