In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Mitie Group plc has been advised that Roger Matthews, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, will retire as Non-Executive Chairman of LSL Property Services Plc ("LSL") and step down from the LSL Board with effect from 31 December 2014.
