In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Countryside Properties PLC (the "Company") announces that Richard Adam, an independent non-executive director and Chair of the Audit Committee of the Company, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of FirstGroup plc with effect from 24 February 2017. In addition, from that date Richard Adam will be Chair of the Audit Committee of FirstGroup plc.
