NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC or the "Group") announces in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules that David McKeith, a non-executive director of the Group, has been appointed as a non executive director of Sportech plc with effect from 25 August 2011. David is Chairman of the Audit Committee at NCC Group plc and will also take up this position at Sportech plc.
