Director Declaration
Following the announcement on 10 January 2008 of the appointment of James Morley as Non-Executive Director of Costain Group PLC and Chairman of the Audit Committee, in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (1) the Company has been advised that James Morley has also joined the Board of Clarkson PLC as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
There are no further details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority.
