Appointment of Victoria Hull as Non-Executive Director of IQE plc

 

Ultra announces that Victoria Hull, Ultra's Senior Independent Director, will join the Board of IQE plc (AIM: IQE) as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 August 2021. She will also become Chair of IQE plc's Remuneration Committee following the retirement of the current Chair of the Remuneration Committee, Sir David Grant, in September.

 

There are no other disclosures required in relation to LR9.6.14.
