Cobham plc - Director Declaration

Cobham plc announces that Alison Wood, an independent Non-executive Director of the Company since 2011, has been appointed as Non-executive Director of Costain Group plc, with effect from 1 February 2014. Alison will also become Chair of their Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 April 2014.
