The Company has been advised that Diana Hunter, CEO of Conviviality Plc, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Downing Strategic Micro-Cap Investment Trust plc. On Friday 24th March, Downing Strategic Micro-Cap Investment Trust published a prospectus in connection with its proposed placing, offer and application for admission to premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.
