Vectura Group plc announces, pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14R, that Paul Fry, Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Avacta Group plc ("Avacta") with effect from 3 February 2020.

Avacta, an AIM listed company, is the developer of Affimer® biotherapeutics and reagents.
