Riverstone Energy Limited (the "Company") announces that Jeremy Thompson, who has served on the Board as a Non-Executive Director for more than nine years, has informed the Company that he will not seek re-election at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 18 May 2026.

The Board would like to extend its thanks and appreciation to Jeremy Thompson for his dedicated service as a Non-Executive Director over the past nine years. His expertise has been instrumental in guiding the Company through numerous milestones and achievements.
