The following information is disclosed further to the announcement of the appointment of Fiona Clutterbuck as a non-executive director of The Paragon Group of Companies PLC with effect from 12 September 2012, in compliance with the UKLA rules governing the appointment of directors.

Fiona Clutterbuck is currently a non-executive director of WS Atkins plc. Other than this, there are no further matters under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules to be disclosed.
