Bracknell, UK - 8 October 2014: Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), the international consumer products group addressing the self-care needs of the ageing population, announces that it has received notification that Mr. Jerry Randall, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.3p each in the Company on 7 October 2014 at a price of 94p per share.

Following this purchase Mr. Randall's shareholding in the Company (including those shares held by Mr. Randall's dependents) totals 3,922,129 shares, representing 13.1% of the issued share capital in the Company.
