Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that Gavin Oldham, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, on 28 November transferred 785,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held outside of his SIPP into his SIPP at a price of 22.5 pence per Ordinary Share. There has been no change in beneficial ownership and Gavin Oldham personally holds 17,378,042 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 12.10% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) and, together with his concert parties, holds 101,599,529 Ordinary Shares (representing approximated 70.73% of the current issued Ordinary Shares)
