Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that Iain Wallace, Compliance & Legal Services Director of the Company, has disposed of 18,463 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.01% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this deal, Iain Wallace holds 125,739 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.08% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
His wife, Mrs Gillian Anne Wallace, also disposed of 6,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.001% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this deal, Mrs Gillian Anne Wallace no longer holds any shares in the Company.
