Netplay TV PLC15 April 2008 Date: 15 April 2008 On behalf of: NetPlay TV plc ("the Company" or "Netplay") Immediate Release NetPlay TV plc Director Dealings NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive gaming company, announces that ittoday has been notified of the following directors' interests: Martin Higginson Number of shares purchased: 13,250,000Number of shares now held: 16,025,000 This transaction was part of the conditional placing of 40,000,000 ordinaryshares of 5p each at 15p per share announced by the Company on 14 April. Mr Higginson also has an interest in the Company through Hindley InvestmentsLimited, which own 13,271,000 ordinary shares. M Capital Investments (Jersey) Limited, an investment company in which theHigginson family has an interest, owns 988,500 ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Higginson therefore has an aggregate interest of 30,284,500 ordinary shares,representing 26.0 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital. The Hamilton Portfolio Limited, a company of which Mr Andrew Lapping (NonExecutive Director) is the Managing Director, is interested in 675,000 ordinaryshares. Hindley Investments Limited and Northern Edge Limited, both companies ofwhich Mr Lapping is a director, have interests in 13,271,000 and 400,000ordinary shares in the Company respectively.
