The Company was notified on 3 November 2014 that on 31 October 2014, the wife of chairman Robert Moyle, Mrs Alexandra Moyle, purchased 4,400 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 116 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Robert Moyle's beneficial holding amounts to 454,408 Ordinary Shares or 4.5% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
