Entertainment One Ltd.makes the following announcement in accordance with Rule 3.1.4 R of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company has been informed that Patrice Theroux, a director of the Company, disposed of Entertainment One Ltd. common shares, as follows:

The Company has been informed that the above sale forms part of an intended disposal of a total of 1,500,000 of the Company's common shares, and the Company will notify further sales as it is informed that future disposals have taken place.

Following this disposal, Patrice Theroux continues to own 3,857,726 common shares of the Company, representing 1.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
