Director Dealings

NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive gaming company, announces that the following director dealings have taken place:

Martin Higginson

Transfer of shares from Martin's own holding to his pension fund, Megafone Retirement Benefit Scheme. 

Number of shares transferred: 2,750,000 

Number of shares now held in own name:  13,830,000

Number of shares now held in Pension Fund: 2,750,000

Date of Company notification: 8 October 2009 

These shares were transferred on 8 October 2009 at a price of 29p per share. 

Martin Higginson's aggregate interest in Netplay TV plc remains unchanged at 31,672,833 ordinary shares, representing 16.23 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
