Director Dealings
Diurnal Group plc (AIM: DNL), the specialty pharmaceutical company targeting patient needs in chronic endocrine (hormonal) diseases, announces the following Director's dealing:
Martin Whitaker, Chief Executive Officer, sold 80,612 Ordinary Shares at a price of 63 pence per Ordinary Share in order to fund a portion of his personal tax liability arising from the vesting of his deferred bonus award of 376,230 Ordinary Shares, as detailed in the RNS announcement dated 9 July 2021. Following the sale of shares the total beneficial interest of Martin Whitaker and his connected parties is 899,441 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.53% of the total voting rights.
Richard Bungay, Chief Financial Officer, sold 105,798 Ordinary Shares at a price of 63 pence per Ordinary Share in order to fund his personal tax liability arising from the vesting of his deferred bonus award of 225,738 Ordinary Shares, as detailed in the RNS announcement dated 9 July 2021. Following the sale of shares the total beneficial interest of Richard Bungay is 234,192 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14% of the total voting rights.
