Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO), was notified yesterday by Susan Searle, Chief Executive Officer, that she transferred 2,400 shares yesterday to her personal pension provider. This transaction has no effect on Susan Searle's beneficial ownership; she continues to hold a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 113,140 Ordinary Shares in Imperial Innovations, being approximately 0.2% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of Imperial Innovations of 57,630,313 Ordinary Shares of 3 and 1/33p each.
