Entertainment One Ltd. makes the following announcement in accordance with Rule 3.1.4 R of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company has been informed that Patrice Theroux, a director of the Company, disposed of Entertainment One Ltd. common shares, as follows:

The above sale forms part of the intended disposal by Patrice Theroux of a total of 1,500,000 of the Company's common shares, as announced by the Company on 9 December 2013, and takes the number of these common shares so far disposed of to 1,000,000.

Following this disposal, Patrice Theroux continues to own 3,598,188 common shares of the Company, representing 1.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
