Access Intelligence has been informed that on Friday 20 December 2013 Jeremy Hamer, a non-executive director of the Group, purchased 350,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 2.83 pence per share. Following this purchase Mr Hamer holds 6,751,762 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.87 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
