Asian Citrus was notified on 26 May 2010 that Mr. CHEUNG Wai Sun, an executive director of the Company, sold 60,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the Company on 25 May 2010 at an average price of HK$5.56 (49.67 pence*) per share. Following this transaction, Mr. CHEUNG now holds 330,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's issued capital and 660,000 employee share options.
