Director Dealings
NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive gaming company, announces that the following director dealings have taken place:
Martin Higginson
Martin Higginson today sold 833,333 shares held in his own name to M Capital Management Ltd, a company in which he owns a 100% shareholding, for 26 pence per share. His ultimate shareholding therefore remains without change.
In addition to his M Capital Management Ltd holdings of 833,333 Mr Higginson owns 16,580,000 shares in his own name and also has an interest in the Company through Hindley Investments Limited, which own 13,271,000 ordinary shares. M Capital Investments (Jersey) Limited, an investment company in which the Higginson family has an interest, owns 988,500 ordinary shares in the Company.
Mr Higginson therefore has an aggregate interest of 31,672,833 ordinary shares, representing 23.3 per cent. of the Company's enlarged total issued share capital, after the issue of consideration shares in respect of the Two Way Gaming asset acquisition which are expected to be admitted to trading early next week.
