On 20 July 2021 Professor Michael Johnson, non-Executive Chairman of Caerus Mineral Resources, purchased 240,000 shares at an aggregate price of 23 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Professor Johnson's total interest in the Company is now 1,990,001 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.3 % of the total voting rights of the Company.
