Directors' Dealings
Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO), was today notified by RBC cees Trustee Limited, the trustee of the Group's Employee Benefit Trust (the Trustee) that it has allocated 4,435 Ordinary Shares of Imperial Innovations to a sub-trust for the benefit of Susan Searle, Chief Executive Officer.
Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO), was today notified by the Trustee that it has allocated 3,548 Ordinary Shares of Imperial Innovations to a sub-trust for the benefit of Russ Cummings, Chief Investment Officer.
Both the above notifications follow the Group's decision, described in the Directors' Remuneration Report and in the Directors' Report of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2009 under the heading EBT Arrangements - Deferred Bonuses, instead of the Group paying an annual bonus, to make a cash contribution to the Trustee and ask the Trustee to make an award to certain employees partly in cash and partly in Ordinary Shares.
Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO), was today notified by Susan Searle, Chief Executive Officer, that she has transferred 5,000 Ordinary Shares of Imperial Innovations to her husband. Following this transaction, Susan Searle's beneficial ownership of Ordinary Shares has decreased from 118,140 Ordinary Shares to 113,140 Ordinary Shares, being approximately 0.2% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of Imperial Innovations of 57,630,313 Ordinary Shares of 3 and 1/33p each.
