Director's dealing
The Company announces that it has received notification today that on 17 June 2011 Mr. Anthony Everett, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 42.96 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Mr. Everett is interested in 44,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately per cent. 0.070% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
