Director Dealings
The Company has been informed today that Ed Jones, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 21,500 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Company at a price of 56.50 pence per share that are held in his SIPP pension, under the name of Suffolk Life Annuities.
Following the purchase, Mr Jones's holding in Hunters is 3,777,629 ordinary shares, representing 11.87% of Hunters' total voting rights of 31,827,088 Ordinary Shares as announced by the Company on 8 May.
