Director Dealings

The Company announces that it has been informed that on 10 May 2010 Graham Campbell, a director of the Company, transferred 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company to his ex-wife, Mrs Debbie Leigh Campbell, for nil consideration. In addition, the Company has been informed that on 10 May 2010, Mr Campbell exercised 125,000 options over ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company at an exercise price of 2.5 pence per share. Following this transaction and the transfer of ordinary shares to his ex-wife referred to above, Mr Campbell's total holding in the Company is 2,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each representing approximately 3.9% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company also announces that it has been informed that on 10 May 2010, Jon Hale, a director of the Company, exercised 400,000 options over ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company at an exercise price of 2.5 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Hale's total holding in the Company is 800,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each representing approximately 1.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

Application has been made for the 525,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each (the "New Shares"), the subject of the above option exercises, to be admitted to trading on AIM. The New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue. Dealings in the New Shares are expected to commence on 17 May 2010.
