Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO), was notified yesterday by Susan Searle, Chief Executive Officer, that 34,000 shares held in her personal pension have been transferred to another personal pension provider. This transaction has no effect on Susan Searle's beneficial ownership; she continues to hold a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 113,140 Ordinary Shares in Imperial Innovations, being approximately 0.2% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of Imperial Innovations of 57,630,313 Ordinary Shares of 3 and 1/33p each.
