The Company was informed today that on 13 April 2017, Ed Jones, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 45,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Group at a price of 55.0 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Jones' holding in Hunters is 3,723,038 ordinary shares, representing 11.8% of Hunters' total voting rights of 31,623,231 Ordinary Shares as announced by the Company on 13 April.
