The following announcement replaces the announcement released today (18 June 2019) at 17:28 under RNS No 6757C. Ed Jones is Chief Financial Officer of Hunters, not the Chief Executive Officer. The corrected announcement is set out below and all other details remain unchanged.

Director Dealings
Hunters (AIM - HUNT), one of the UK's largest franchised sales and lettings agency businesses, announces that the Company has been informed today that the following directors have purchased shares:
Ed Jones
The Company was informed that Ed Jones, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased today a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Group at a price of 30 pence per share. Following the sale, Mr Jones' holding in Hunters is 4,027,629 ordinary shares, representing 12.39% of Hunters' total voting rights of 32,502,088 Ordinary Shares.
Kevin Hollinrake
The Company was informed that Kevin Hollinrake, Chairman, has purchased today a total of 33,333 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Group at a price of 30 pence per share. Following the sale, Mr Hollinrake's holding in Hunters is 4,356,518 ordinary shares, representing 13.40% of Hunters' total voting rights of 32,502,088 Ordinary Shares.
Harry Hill
The Company was informed that Harry Hill, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman, has purchased today a total of 165,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Group at a price of 30 pence per share. Following the sale, Mr Hill's holding in Hunters is 312,505 ordinary shares, representing 0.96% of Hunters' total voting rights of 32,502,088 Ordinary Shares.
Dean Fielding
The Company was informed that Dean Fielding, Non-Executive Director, has purchased today a total of 40,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Group at a price of 30 pence per share. Following the sale, Mr Fielding's holding in Hunters is 170,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.52% of Hunters' total voting rights of 32,502,088 Ordinary Shares.
