Mayan (AIM: MYN), the AIM listed oil and gas company, announces that yesterday Eddie Gonzalez, CEO, purchased 2,200,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at 0.87p per Share. Further to this purchase, Mr Gonzalez holds 26,366,666 Shares, representing 2.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
