Director dealings

The Board of Tricor announces that First Carbon Holdings Limited ("FCHL"), a company controlled by Chan Fook Meng, Chairman of Tricor, has today transferred 646,000,000 shares of 0.01p in Tricor to Jersey Hills Holdings Limited ("Jersey Hills"), a company also controlled by Chan Fook Meng (the "Share Transfer"). Of the 646,000,000 shares, 64,600,000 are being held by Jersey Hills on trust. Chan Fook Meng has no beneficial interest in this trust. The Share Transfer has been made for a consideration of Singapore $1. Following the Share Transfer, FCHL no longer holds any shares in Tricor.

Change of website

The Board of Tricor also announces that the Company's website address has changed to www.tricor-plc.co.uk with immediate effect. All of the information required by Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies is available under the heading "Rule 26" in the main menu of the website.
